杰纳斯过滤（Janus Filtration）是专注于工业过滤产品的品牌与外贸服务方，产品由中国河北省衡水市安平县的制造工厂直供 —— 安平是全国知名的丝网产业聚集区，楔形丝筛网产能占全国较大份额。主营楔形丝过滤元件（筛管、筛板、筛筒、水帽、布水器、中排装置）与成套过滤设备（袋式/芯式/烛式/篮式过滤器、自清洗过滤器、水力筛、塔器与反应器内件）。Janus Filtration is a specialist filtration brand and export service provider, with products supplied directly by manufacturing plants in Anping County, Hengshui, Hebei, China — a nationally known wire mesh industry cluster. Our portfolio covers wedge wire filtration elements (screen tubes, panels, cylinders, water caps, distribution headers, tray internals) and complete filtration equipment (bag, cartridge, candle and basket filters, self-cleaning filters, hydrosieves, and vessel/reactor internals).
合同与资质：正式合作时以制造工厂为主体签约，资质证书、材质证明与检验报告均由签约工厂出具，满足招标与出口合规要求。客户不需要在品牌与工厂之间做多一道沟通——技术对接由我们完成，合同与资质以工厂名义交付。Contract and qualifications: formal cooperation is contracted in the name of the manufacturing plant, which issues qualification certificates, material certificates and inspection reports to meet tender and export compliance requirements. Customers deal with one counterpart throughout — we handle the technical interface, while the contract and qualifications come from the plant.

制造与检验能力Manufacturing & Inspection
过滤元件的差距往往体现在看不见的地方：缝隙的一致性、焊点的牢度、直线度的控制。这些决定了产品用三个月还是用三年。The difference between filtration elements is often invisible: slot consistency, weld integrity, straightness control. These determine whether a product lasts three months or three years.
绕丝与焊接Winding & Welding
楔形丝缠绕在支撑杆上，每个交点逐点焊接。V 型结构形成外窄内宽的缝隙，反冲洗时颗粒易被冲出，不易楔入堵死。Wedge wire is wound onto support rods with every intersection welded. The V-profile creates a slot narrow outside, wide inside, so particles flush out during backwash instead of wedging and blinding.
精度与材质控制Accuracy & Material Control
常规筛缝范围 20–3000 μm，公差控制在 ±5 μm。原料可提供材质证明，逐件复核尺寸与外观，形成可追溯记录。Slot range 20–3000 μm with ±5 μm tolerance. Material certificates available; dimensions and appearance verified piece by piece with traceable records.
非标结构加工Custom Fabrication
筛管外径 19–2000 mm、单件最长 6000 mm，支持螺纹、法兰、封闭板、金属环等端部处理与异形结构定制。Tube OD 19–2000 mm, single pieces up to 6000 mm; threaded, flanged, closed-plate and metal-ring end finishes, plus special shapes to order.
出厂验收Pre-Shipment Acceptance
按技术协议逐项验收：材质、尺寸、缝隙、外观与焊缝。可按需提供检验记录与影像资料。Acceptance against the agreed specification: material, dimensions, slots, appearance and welds. Inspection records and photos available on request.
