楔形丝过滤元件Wedge Wire Filtration Elements
V 型（楔形）不锈钢丝缠绕在支撑杆上逐点焊接，形成外窄内宽的梯形缝隙。相比编织网与冲孔板，楔形丝结构强度更高、缝隙不易堵塞、反冲洗性能更好，适合高精度与高磨损工况。V-shaped stainless steel wire is wound onto support rods and welded at every intersection, forming a trapezoidal slot that is narrow outside and wide inside. Compared with woven mesh and perforated plate, wedge wire offers higher structural strength, less clogging and better backwash performance — suited to high-precision and high-wear duties.
楔形丝筛管 / 约翰逊筛管Screen Tubes / Johnson Screens
圆柱形绕丝筛管，用于水井、油井、过滤与布水。可做螺纹、法兰、封闭板等端部接口。Cylindrical wound screens for water wells, oil wells, filtration and distribution. Threaded, flanged or closed-plate ends.
楔形丝筛板 / 条缝筛板Flat Panels / Slot Panels
平面焊接筛板，用于弧形筛、脱水筛、振动筛面与粮谷筛分。Flat welded panels for arc screens, dewatering decks, vibrating screen surfaces and grain screening.
楔形丝筛筒 / 反卷筛筒Cylinders / Reverse-Rolled
正卷与反卷结构，用于过滤器内芯、离心筛篮与转鼓筛。Forward and reverse-rolled constructions for filter cores, centrifugal baskets and rotary drums.
不锈钢水帽Water Caps / Nozzles
长柄、双头、单流速、双流速水帽，含 904L 甲乙酮水帽，用于离子交换与污水过滤罐。Long-handle, double-head, single-rate and dual-rate caps, including 904L types for ion exchange and wastewater filter vessels.
布水器 / 中排装置Distribution Headers / Tray Internals
鱼骨式侧向布水器、罐体用楔形丝中排，实现均匀布水与集液。Herringbone lateral headers and vessel tray internals for uniform distribution and collection.
树脂捕捉器Resin Traps
在线拦截随水带出的树脂颗粒，防止树脂进入下游系统影响运行。Inline retention of resin carry-over to prevent particles entering downstream systems.

过滤器与滤壳Filters & Housings
滤壳是容纳滤袋、滤芯或滤篮的压力容器。选择哪一类，取决于过滤精度、流量、清洗方式与是否允许停机。A housing is the pressure vessel that holds a bag, cartridge or basket. The choice depends on filtration rating, flow rate, cleaning method and whether shutdown is acceptable.
袋式过滤器Bag Filters

水力筛与弧形筛Hydrosieves & Arc Screens
无动力固液分离设备。废水经布水装置均匀分布到弧形筛面，固体被截留，滤液从缝隙流出，固体在水力作用下沿筛面向下排出。Gravity-driven separation equipment. Wastewater is spread evenly across the arc screen surface; solids are retained while filtrate passes through the slots, and solids are pushed down the surface by hydraulic force.
YLS 系列水力筛YLS-Series Hydrosieve
标准系列，用于预处理脱水、脱泥、脱介，降低水中悬浮物浓度。Standard series for pre-dewatering, desliming and media removal, reducing suspended solids.
弧形水力筛Arc Screen
不锈钢楔形筛条制成弧形筛面，表面平整光滑、排水顺畅、不易阻塞。Stainless wedge-wire arc surface — smooth, free-draining and clog-resistant.
条缝筛 / 重力曲筛Slot Screen / Gravity Screen
用于纤维分级回收、物料或纤维分离回收，减少后续工序处理负荷。For fibre classification and recovery of materials, reducing downstream process load.
选型所需信息：物料名称、处理量、含固情况、需截留颗粒大小、筛缝要求、进出口尺寸、安装空间（现场照片或图纸更佳）。 Data required for sizing: medium name, throughput, solids content, particle size to be retained, slot requirement, inlet/outlet size and installation space (site photos or drawings preferred).
塔器与反应器内件Vessel & Reactor Internals
反应器与塔器内件承担过滤、分配与支撑三重职责，精度与直线度直接影响催化剂与填料的寿命。Internals perform three duties — filtration, distribution and support. Accuracy and straightness directly affect catalyst and packing service life.
