食品行业的过滤要同时满足两件事：卫生合规与清洗效率。过滤设备必须处理多种物料形态——气体、液体、粘性滤饼与粉尘，结构上要尽量减少物料堆积的死角，并具备在线清洗能力。Filtration in food must satisfy two things at once: hygiene compliance and cleaning efficiency. Equipment has to handle gas, liquid, sticky cake and dust, so the design minimizes dead corners where material accumulates and provides in-place cleaning.
- 啤酒与白酒酿造：糖化过滤筛板、假底圆形筛板Brewing: mash filter plates and false-bottom circular screens
- 糖厂与淀粉：旋转鼓筛、糖浆过滤、纤维分级回收Sugar and starch: rotary drum screens, syrup filtration, fibre recovery

- CIP 与卫生级要求：内表面抛光、无死角结构、卫生级材质CIP and hygiene: polished internals, crevice-free construction, hygienic materials
