过滤器与滤壳Filters & Housings
滤壳是容纳滤袋、滤芯或滤篮的压力容器。选哪一类，取决于过滤精度、流量、清洗方式，以及是否允许停机。A housing is the pressure vessel holding a bag, cartridge or basket. The choice depends on filtration rating, flow rate, cleaning method and whether shutdown is acceptable.
袋式过滤器Bag Filters
单袋与多袋，大流量、更换便捷、成本可控Single and multi-bag; high flow, quick change, cost effective
- 单袋过滤器：中小流量、单点过滤Single-bag: medium/low flow, single-point filtration
- 多袋过滤器：大流量并联，减少占地面积Multi-bag: parallel high flow with smaller footprint
- 适用：涂料、油品、化工液体、循环水For coatings, oils, chemical liquids and circulating water
- 材质：SS304 / 316L，内表面可选抛光Material: SS304 / 316L, internal polish optional
芯式过滤器Cartridge Filters
单芯与多芯，精度高、组合灵活Single and multi-cartridge; fine rating, flexible combinations
- 单芯过滤器：小流量、精密过滤Single cartridge: low flow, precision filtration
- 多芯过滤器：3/5/7/9/… 芯，按流量配置Multi-cartridge: 3/5/7/9/… elements sized to flow
- 滤芯可选 PP、折叠丝网、烧结、活性炭Elements: PP, pleated mesh, sintered, activated carbon
- 适用：制药、食品、电子、精细化工For pharma, food, electronics and fine chemicals
烛式过滤器Candle Filters
滤布包裹烛芯，滤饼可干排Cloth-wrapped candles with dry cake discharge
- 适合高含固量、细颗粒、难过滤物料For high-solids, fine-particle and hard-to-filter slurries
- 密闭过滤，适合有毒、有气味、腐蚀性介质Sealed operation for toxic, odorous or corrosive media
- 可加装自动控制，实现循环过滤与排渣Automation available for cyclic filtration and discharge
篮式 / 双联 / 临时过滤器Basket / Duplex / Temporary
粗过滤与不停机切换Coarse filtration and non-stop switching
- 篮式过滤器：管路粗过滤，拦大颗粒杂质Basket: pipeline coarse filtration of large debris
- 双联过滤器：一用一备，清洗不停机Duplex: duty/standby, cleaning without shutdown
- T 型 / 锥型临时过滤器：开车冲洗用T-type / conical temporary: for commissioning flush
