滤芯与滤片Filter Cartridges & Discs
滤芯是过滤系统里真正的耗材与核心。按结构分为烧结网滤芯与滤片、折叠式滤芯、冲孔网滤芯三类——同一台设备换一种滤芯，往往就能改变精度、纳污量与再生方式。The cartridge is the consumable that does the real work. Three constructions cover most duties: sintered mesh cartridges and discs, pleated cartridges, and perforated cartridges. Changing the cartridge can change rating, dirt holding and regeneration.
折叠式滤芯Pleated Cartridges
不锈钢折叠网、烧结毡折叠，过滤面积大、纳污量高Pleated stainless mesh or sintered felt; large area, high dirt holding

冲孔网滤芯Perforated Cartridges
冲孔外护 + 内支撑骨架，强度高、通量大Perforated outer cage with inner support; strong and high flow
- 外护冲孔网保护滤材，抗压差变形Perforated cage protects the media against differential pressure
- 内骨架支撑，适应高粘度与高流速Inner core suits high viscosity and high flow
- 可内置滤网、滤布或烧结网作为过滤层Mesh, cloth or sintered layer can be fitted inside
烧结网滤芯与滤片Sintered Mesh Cartridges & Discs
多层不锈钢烧结网一体成型，耐高温高压、可反冲洗Multi-layer sintered stainless mesh; high temperature and pressure, backwashable
- 多层结构：保护层 / 过滤层 / 支撑层烧结为一体Layers sintered into one rigid body: protection, filtration, support
- 滤片为圆片、方片或异形片，可装于滤板与滤框Discs in round, square or custom shapes for plate and frame units
- 可反冲洗、可清洗，寿命长于一次性滤材Backwashable and cleanable — longer life than disposable media
- 精度与外形尺寸按工况定制Rating and dimensions made to your duty
烧结网滤芯与滤片按工况定制，可提供样品照片、材质证明与尺寸图，联系工程师获取。Sintered cartridges and discs are made to order — ask our engineers for sample photos, material certificates and dimension drawings.
选型时请提供：介质、流量、过滤精度、工作温度与压力、接口形式与安装空间。滤芯属于耗材，建议同时告知更换周期，我们可配套推荐更耐用的结构。For selection please provide medium, flow, rating, temperature and pressure, connection type and installation space. Cartridges are consumables — tell us your change-out interval and we can suggest a more durable construction.
